The installation of RIVI products is managed between our in-house team of experts and our network of authorised integrators. Where necessary, if the installation of RIVI networks makes up part of a larger build project, we will work with your teams and our integrators to ensure a smooth and quick process. This means there is minimal impact to other activities and you can be up and connected in no time.
Cross Party Collaboration
We have experience of working with multiple parties, such as builders, project manager, architects and interior designers, and understand the complexity of managing such an undertaking as a new build, extension, or additional network implementation. As such, we will work with your teams and our integrators to align with your schedule and ensure RIVI is installed to the agreed timelines.

With RIVI you always have a dedicated point of contact, regularly communicating with our integrators to provide project status updates. With knowledge of all aspects of the project and involved from consultation and heat mapping through to after the sale, you can rest assured that there is a real person to reach, should you have any queries.
